ABV: TBD

IBU: 22

Fermentables: - Mashed at 150

20lb Belgian Pilsner

2lb Dark Munich

2lb Vienna

2lb Red Wheat Malt

Hops (90 minutes boil):

60 minutes - 4.0oz Saaz (4.0%AA)

Miscellaneous:

1 Whirfloc Tablet

1/2 tsp Yeast Nutrient

1oz Bitter Orange Peel - added at 15 minutes

0.87oz Coriander - crushed, added at 15 minutes

Yeast:

Wyeast 3711 French Saison, ambient fermentation (~75-85)
