ABV: 7.5%

IBU: 23

Fermentables: - Mashed at 146

18lb German Pilsner

6lb Light Munich

1lb Aromatic Malt

8oz CaraMunich

8oz Honey Malt

8oz Melanoidin

8oz Special B

2.5lb Corn Sugar

Hops:

60 minutes - 1.0oz Nugget (13.0%AA)

20 minutes - 1.0oz Spalter (3.9%AA)

20 minutes - 1.0oz Tettnanger (4.0%AA)

Miscellaneous:

1 Whirfloc Tablet

1 Servomyces Tablet

1/2 tsp Yeast Nutrient

Yeast:

WLP029 - German Kolsch Yeast

Primary fermentation - 64 degrees, 2 weeks

Secondary cellaring - 50 degrees, 4 weeks
