2lb Crystal 20L

2lb Crystal 40L

2lb Crystal 60L

2.5lb Carafa III

1.5lb CaraPils

Hops:

60 minutes - 2.0oz Nugget (13.0%AA)

45 minutes - 1.0oz Nugget (13.0%AA)

45 minutes - 1.0oz Willamette (6.9%AA)

30 minutes - 1.0oz Pride of Ringwood (9.0%AA)

30 minutes - 1.0oz Willamette (6.9%AA)

15 minutes - 1.0oz Pride of Ringwood (9.0%AA)

0 minutes - 1.0oz Galaxy

0 minutes - 1.0oz Mosaic

Miscellaneous:

1 Whirfloc Tablet

1 Servomyces Tablet

1/2 tsp Yeast Nutrient

Mango - 15lbs fresh mangoes, pureed, treated with Campden tablet, added to secondary

Tamarind - reconstituted and strained to create concentrate, added with mangoes

Yeast:

Half on WLP001 - California Ale Yeast
