ABV: 5.5%

IBU: 29

Fermentables and Steeping Grains:

8lb Light DME

4oz Malto-Dextrin

*8oz Chocolate Malt

*8oz Crystal 60L

*4oz Black Patent

*2oz Roasted Barley

*Cold-steeped overnight

Hops:

60 minutes - 1.5oz East Kent Goldings (5.0% AA)

30 minutes - 0.5oz East Kent Goldings (5.0%AA)

Miscellaneous:

1 Whirfloc Tablet

1 Servomyces Tablet

1/2 tsp Yeast Nutrient

8oz Cacao Nibs in secondary

Yeast:

WLP013 - London Ale Yeast, 68 degrees
